I ordered a Truxedo from Tonneau Covers.com, and the guy asked if I wanted to add a bed mat, and he could discount the Tonneau.
So I said "sure" and he knocked $20 off.
Cover came in 3 days, it fit great
3 weeks later the mat comes in, I unroll it, and say "crap" it's way too big.
I call them and told them what I had, and she says "Ranger?, Are you sure you didn't say Raptor?"
Well if you sent a Ranger Tonneau, you should have sent a Ranger bed mat.
So now the aggravating process of sending it back starts.

Well.. in their defense... Both start with 'Ra' and end in an 'r' and 6 characters. Sux to get it shipped back though... should be at their cost and hopefully you kept the box.

That's why he's mad. He ordered both for a Ranger and they messed up and sent him the right cover but the wrong bed mat.

OP they should take care of you and send you the right mat and a return label for the Raptor one. What does your original invoice say?

Invoice said Ranger, I will send it back, RedEx mangled the bag during shipment, so I guess I will tape the label to the bare mat.
The two items came from different locations, so it got screwed up in the computer somewhere.
I told her that I wanted a refund, since this one took so long to get here.

You may get lucky and the shipping location you go to might have a heavy mil plastic bag it will fit in. Or use the original bag if you still have it and just use clear packing tape to patch the holes in it. Last option is to see if you can get your hands on a roll of shrink wrap plastic and wrap the crap out of it so you can send it back.

Kinda, made me laugh "Ra" its close. That sucks. Maybe the person packaging it wasn't attentive and went with the Raptor. Ranger, Raptor close enough ?
