Buzz in dash

2016 2 2 deisel 56k There is intermittent buzzing sound ftom somewhere in dash near inst cluster area. I thought was insect but when I disconnect battery no noise. It comes and goes. Any insight appreciated.

My first guess would be a HVAC blower motor. See if you can get the buzz to come and go by cycling your thermostat on and off.

Thank you. In chasing this down i notice now that while AC works great, I cannot get air to blow out if the 2 defrosted vents on top the dash. Thank you.

Yes in philippines almost everything comes with deisel option. Even mid size passenger cars and mini van style machines.
