bronco oem rock rails???

anyone know if the bronco oem rock rails will fit the ranger? ive heard the frame is similar between the two. im starting to see the used bronco rails on craigslist .

They don't attach to the frame. I installed a set on my wife's '21 4 door Wildtrack last month.
