Brake Pad Suggestions?

I'm in need of some new front brake pads for my Ranger (2004)... What sort of brands do you guys recommend these days? Been a while since I picked up some new pads myself...Any quick tips/top brands to look for? Nothing crazy or fancy.

I have not tried them yet on my new Ranger but I have had great performance out of EBC green stuff pads in all of my other vehicles. They make great rotors as well.

EBC brake pads. But is a little bit pricey.
