Bolt Holes near cab in cargo area

Anyone know offhand if these bolt holes are made for the standard tie down hooks or something else? They appear a bit more spaced out to me.

I dont know exactly what they are for but im sure Ford has a purpose for them. As for the tie downs most trucks have 4 from the factory and you can add 2 for the center. That is what I do know.

The Truxedo Lo Pro Tonneau has a bracket that uses the top hole.

I was jus looking at those same holes today. I'm thinking about having some brackets made up that a crossbar with bicycle fork mounts on it. Anyone know if someone makes one?

Got some tie downs this week. Holes are about 3.75 on tie downs. Those rear mounts are 4" spaced. The tie downs won't work without modifying the holes. Ended up putting on a D-Ring tie down on the top one.

Believe the bolts are all M8x25mm, pitch 1.25.
