Looks like it's a MERV 16 which will be good for filtering out those God awful Poutine fumes escaping from up there! 😷🀧

It's wild that it's going to be hotter there than it is here in the desert. I was just having this discussion with someone else in St Pete Florida on a different forum and he was arguing that the dew point is worse here (in AZ) than in Florida. He's trying to tell me it's 113 here in October  and while it can hit that temp on occasion it's very rare and not the normal. He was also saying our dry heat is a scam because our summers have worse dew points than he does. Gotta love internet keyboard warriors. lol

Stay cool Doc!

This has pretty much been how our summer has gone. A couple of hot (dry) days then cools off and back into the 90's.

Reminds me of the time we visited Phoenix several summers ago. A couple of days of really hot, muggy weather. They said it was rare because a hurricane or tropical storm had recently made land and the remnants were passing through, bringing the rare humidity.

From July - Sept is our monsoon season and this is the only time we'll get consistent humid weather. It's not every day either it's when the high pressure system forms over the four corners and also when there's storms on the west coast. Other than that our humidity here is in the teens to upper 20's 9 months out of the year. Yes, it is hot and muggy some days during the summer but it's not everyday 24/7. Heck there were several years in a row where we didn't get any monsoon season and it just stayed hot and dry all summer.

We're about to get a good storm. The front of the house is still nice and sunny but the dark clouds have been rolling in for over an hour and lots of lightning now. 🌩

It's still hot, humid, and dry as a bone here in North Texas. I've said it before and I'm going to say it again.

It took me a while to realize why Annie liked this house so much. That's the view from our master bedroom window.

Another crazy monsoon storm came through again tonight. The wind was driving the rain sideways all the way into our patio hitting the sliding door. It's been a good 90 minutes like this and now there's a cool lightning show. out in the front as it's heading northwest. Not sure if it's heading up your way Chris @Chris M but hopefully you get rain this time instead of just dust.
