Just a pressure wash and I'd use a degreaser just to make sure you get a good surface for the Graphene to adhere to. I also use it on everything with a painted surface to protect it and keep it looking new.

I just got a new HVAC in February and I did the outside condenser unit with the Graphene. It's on the south side of the house so it gets baked in the sun all day so it'll keep it from fading and looking new. Yes, I have a serious problem!

The first step to addressing a problem is recognizing that there is a problem. Congratulations, Dave.

There's a pretty good storm moving through the midwest the next 3 days. Lots of rain and tornados and 3-6 inches expected in some areas. I saw there wee some good ones moving through Springfield, MO the other day with a few tornados on the ground. 🌪

I'll say it again I'm so glad we're out of AR and back home in AZ!! I still watch and track the weather there and over the last 3 weeks I think they've only had 3-4 days will little to no rain. Here it's been sunny and perfect weather (low - mid 90's) with only a couple days hitting 102 and every night (but 2) we can still open the windows by the time we go to bed. But that looks like it'll be ending soon with the nighttime temps going up to the mid 70's in a couple days. With dew point only in the low 20's, I'll take hot and dry any day of the week! :tumbleweed:

Severe storms could impact more than 90 million across multiple states

Severe weather could impact more than 90 million people across the middle of the country this week, forecasts show, as storms continue to threaten multiple U.S. states in the Midwest and northern Plains.

Up to 4 inches of rain may fall in some areas on Tuesday, and the region remains at risk of flash flooding as well as storms causing large hail, damaging winds and tornadoes, according to CBS News meteorologist Nikki Nolan. This comes after more than half a foot of rain struck the region on Monday, resulting in 65 flash flood reports out of Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas, Nolan said.

Severe storms ripped through Chicago (and the midwest) for 3 days last week along with a few tornados. Annie still has her house there in which her daughter lives in and she just got power back on late last night after being without it for 3 days. Luckily her house and car didn't get any damage but some in the area around her weren't so lucky. :(

The N'east is going to get hit with some storms tonight and they could be just as bad as this cold front pushed through.

Would be curious to see if there any records showing the amount of windstorms we have had in the last 6-8 years are a cycle like temps can be. Here in north Idaho we are not known for severe winds and we have had several extreme wind storms like we haven't seen before.

We went from sweating to freezing in about 2 hours today. Looks like the next 10 days will be fabulous with below normal temps and low humidity.

The midwest just can't catch a break. There's another huge storm coming across the country and will hit the same areas tomorrow that were just damaged in last week's storms.

Millions Warned to Prepare for Damaging Weather: ‘Storm of the Year’

https://www.yahoo.com/news/weather-...arned-prepare-damaging-weather-162000430.html

The Midwest, which has already been struck by a number of damaging storms and tornadoes this spring, is expected to once again face a round of severe thunderstorms, after a brief break.
According to AccuWeather forecasters, some areas that are already recovering from destructive weather could once again get hit by severe storms.
Another Round
After Illinois was hit by multiple destructive storms last week, including tornados, parts of the state are facing another high concentration of severe weather.

Missouri and Indiana are both expected to be hit as well, and major cities like St. Louis, Chicago, Indianapolis and Kansas City could all be in the path.

The conditions are expected to become more favorable for severe storms on Wednesday as a developing low-pressure system combines with a frontal boundary and increasing moisture.

The setup could produce thunderstorms capable of generating damaging wind gusts, large hail and isolated tornadoes across a broad area stretching from portions of the central Plains into the Ohio Valley.

I saw this headline and thought it was a joke. There’s a winter storm warning for the regions where Idaho, Montana and Wyoming border each other with up to 3 feet expected to fall. This is for next weekend and anything can happen but it’s still amazing this storm is possible so late in the year. 4th of July Peak (yes that’s a real peak) in Idaho is expected to see a foot of snow over the next 3 days and about 8” of snow at Pitchstone Plateau in Wyoming.

Greta is not going to be happy about this one.😡

Winter Storm Warning Issued With 3 Feet of 'Heavy' Snow, 50 mph Winds Coming This Week

3 Feet of Snow Expected to Fall

Specific regions in Montana are expected to see "heavy, wet" snow and Georgetown Lake region could see as much as three feet of snow fall from Saturday night through Tuesday. Those in the region are warned to prepare for dangerous conditions.

"Plan for winter-like conditions in the backcountry and higher elevations. Cold temperatures, wind, and wet snow will elevate the risk of hypothermia. Heavy wet snow may down trees, blocking access to backcountry roadways," a warning from the National Weather Service read.

After a low/no snow winter it would be nice to get a huge snowfall to fill up the rivers. But you know what'll happen, it will melt too fast and then everything will flood and they'll have another problem on their hand there.

They manage the water very well here but lack of snow means we can't refill the reservoirs.

We had some snow at Brundage today.

We're getting some needed rain here up north. More the next couple days, too.
