Blend door actuator?

Welp, I think it just went out. I was driving home after driving around practically all day and the blower just kind of quit on me and my wife. My wife thought it was blowing too cold for about 30 seconds, then nothing. The rest of the trip (about another 20 mins) home, I tried everything to get air to come out of the vents with all of the different settings and whatnot. I got it to blow through defrost and through feet, but nothing out of the middle vents. I even pulled off to the side and shut the truck off for a good 5 mins and started it up, nothing. Then I got home, ate dinner and did the brake FORScan ABS bleed mod, and started the truck up, and it started blowing again. This time, ultra cold air was coming out of the passenger side and room-temp air from the driver side. I'm at 50k miles and thankfully have the extended warranty. But damn. Now I'm going to have to wait on parts for this to come in (I assume they're going to replace the entire HVAC system) AS WELL as waiting for a front inner axle seal to come in that's been on order for about a month now. Great.

The climate control is the only thing I'm really worried about. I haven't bought a extended warranty yet but I'm considering it. I saw one vid where you can get to a blend door actuator an change it yourself. I wonder how many doors there are. I guess three since since you can have different temps on each side an recirc or fresh.

The one I saw was on the drivers side on the side below the screen.
