You stated it has power -how did you check it? you need a meter to ensure full 12-Volts and you need to also check to ensure it has a good ground.
I suspect the (inline) resistor is blocking voltage output to the actuator.
So check for voltage at the actuator (if low voltage) check the resistor connector and see if voltage increases.

You may also try - using the key in the physical lock and see if that resets it to working.

and also cycle this switch in the door jamb

A =Lock.
B =Unlock.

Plus:
Pull & Reseat C210 & C214 - If these match the US Version Ranger, these connectors tie in door lock control (signal & actuator motor) which it appears that you are not getting full power on the Bi-Directional motor to switch polarity (Lock)

Good day.
Test all points for power.Decided to clear all settings in dash screen ,remove battery termimal for a few hours and put it back.Both the doors lock if you double press the remote but not the tailgate. Autolock do not lock the doors if traveling faster than 20km/h.If I select all the settings in the display only driver door and tailgate lock.

Could it be a weird symptom of the battery going south?
