Best Brake Pads for Backcountry Roads Dust and Dirt?

This is my first post here. Although new to this forum, I'm not new to Ford Rangers. My wife and I travel extensively in the backcountry of the western states. We logged 275,000 miles on our previous Ranger - 2003 FX4 Level II - carrying an All Terrain pop up camper. We've replaced the old Ranger with a new to us 2021 supercab FX4 that we purchased with 17,800 miles last October. We currently have 34,000 on the odometer, all with our camper.

Here's my question: Our new truck - 2021 Ford Ranger - has stock brake pads front and rear. After driving in dirt and dust, the brakes are very noisy and grabby. What compounds work best for for backroad conditions? I had this issue with our old Ranger. I talked with a knowledgeable parts person at our local Napa and I went with his recommendation with good success. If only I could remember.

Here's the update. We bought this truck used. It's a preowned certified vehicle and had just under 18,000 miles when we purchased it. I replaced the brake pads with ceramic pads (same as OEM material), new stainless hardware and clips. I cleaned the holding brackets, and cleaned and lubed the slide bolts. The issue was the rear pads were not free to move against the rotors. It's interesting that it was noisy only in dusty, dirt road situations. The issue is resolved and had nothing to do with brake pad material. I'm learning, getting use to this new to us vehicle. I inspect the brakes each tire rotation and clean and relube the slide bolts every 10,000 miles (every other tire rotation). Tomorrow the truck gets the brake fluid replaced (at least every three years).
