I got my new BedRug today and installed it. I've not had one before so I'm kind of taking a chance it is as tough as I've heard it is. Worst case is I trash the BedRug and I end up getting another spray in.

It does look REALLY good I think (the container in the bed is my cheapo box to store "stuff" in. In my extended cab I just stored it all behind my seat, but since I'm planning on hauling people in this one I thought it would be better in the bed:

What is the difference between the Bedrug and the impact liners?

The original BedRid has a soft carpet textured feel, the BedRug Impact, has a smoother, rubbery feel.

Just added the impact liner to my cart. Do you have these in stock and can I still use the discount code for members of this forum?

You'll love it. I had one in both of the Dakota's I had. The best feature is that the bed floor and the tailgate cover are attached by the "hinge". It keeps dust, dirt and moisture out of the bed and stuff from falling between the tailgate and bed.

That was one of the reasons I picked it. Ideally, I'd do both a spray in and the bedrug, but finances don't allow both, so I'm trying the bedrug. So far, I really like it, but I haven't really hauled anything with it yet.

I just ordered a bedrug for my tailgate to help the knees when I get in the bed.

I’ve got mine and it’s really nice on the knees.
