Can anyone recommend me a hard shell topper for my Ranger? Couple of caveats;

- slick sides, only a window on the rear
- matches roof line.
- as minimalist as possible

I was advised these are generally cheaper because lack of windows and labor to install them. How much does something like this run?

Something like this;

I can't imagine windows change the price all that much. I'd also imagine more fiberglass costs more than the cheap glass windows they install instead. The majority of the cost will come from what features you want to include.

My Century cap was about $2,200 OTD with a carpet lining and even included the BedRug. I also sprung for integrated central locking with the truck's key fob as well as lighting too, though.

I actually really like the ARE Dcu commercial caps. Way lighter than fiberglass and easy to modify to your liking too

Is there a specific hard shell for rooftop tents?
