Hi Stan,

I have one for three years now with no problems.... Hmmmm, wondering if that is a defect waiting to show its ugly head?

best,
Phil
Mine lasted a few weeks and then a "joint" separated (the extruded aluminum "hinges").

But Bak had a new one to me in less than a week. Been good since and love it.

But I nearly killed myself trying to shim it properly!

Interesting enough, I called Bak and they sent me 2 replacements for each side. I decided just to pop it in without gluing them and they are doing fine.
That's good customer service!

My entire Revolver was replaced a few weeks in and they were fantastic with it.

Speaking of truck beds ... now that it's summer, it's time for pool parties!

I've got a ford branded hard tonneau, which I guess is just a ford-branded bak revolver (came with the truck when I bought it as a CPO).

It's having the same delamination problem. I'm thinking to just glue it where it's delaminating. I wonder if anybody has recommendations of glue or tape repair to do? I'll probably clean off the metal and the vinyl with some alcohol to hopefully get any dirt off, then apply some glue, stick something heavy on top to keep it down...
