well found out today that you can only use the ford performance tune on one vehicle so guess i'm in the market for another tune, which is annoying.
Assuming you are going to stick with the Ford brand, look at livernois. It's a similar box that the Ford performance tune has and you can tune multiple vehicles with it. You just have to get the tuned file from livernois and pay the price for each vehicle

Reach out to Ford performance if you have a vehicle that was totaled and are transferring it to a new vehicle of the same make. They usually will unlock it for you.

I went with a dry OE filter. I tried the K&N that came with the FP Tune and, after a relatively short period, it was super muddy. The dirt that made it to the filter was getting gummed up in the oil. I figured a dry filter would be better.
You bring up a good point on the dry filter, along with the basic gravel road and dust in general from the farms around here. Plus the multiple sand haulers and sod haulers around here which is why I'm still running the stock dry filter.
I'm sorry for the way I acted while back in my own thread to BMIDD and you stepping in made me think about it.
P.S. Thank you for liking the first picture of my truck I was able to post.

Well did one of the scary jobs yesterday. Cutting the panels in half doesn't get less scary the second time.
