Throw in the Jefferson's and All In The Family and their heads would explode! Those were some of the funniest shows growing up.

As a kid I used to watch All In The Family with my grandparents on Saturday nights. They would laugh their a$$ off throughout the whole show and yes, they were Polish. Sad to see now that (some) people can't even laugh and take offense to every little thing.

My opinion, instead of sheltering myself from things that offend me, I go at it head first. Putting a controversial topic onto a podium gets people talking and in my opinion solves the issue long before it would if we buried it and never talked about it.
So bring on all the shows that hurt peoples feelings, expose yourself to it, reconcile it, and move forward with your life. Your understanding and appreciation of that will make you grow.
