Hi Jason,

I have three die cast from the mid 1950s...clock spring wound drive in original boxes. About $1000 each for the model with box and about half that with no box....Box is more desirable than the flipping model...Go figure...

Best,
Phil

I cannibalized a maisto bronco model for the body and put it on a micro crawler chassis recently.
That's real neat. Gonna have to do that with the Ranger model!

It was a fun little project. I should have bought the 1/18th scale bronco model for the body though I think.. the 1/24th scale model is just a bit too narrow for how wide the crawlers axles are, and I had to cut down the links to make the Wheelbase correct.

I wish I could find a 1/18th scale crew cab Ranger, but only thing I've found and bought are the two, Blue and Copper 1:27th scale one. I have plans to modify them like my truck, but it will be a ton of work and I just don't have time to mess with it. Life seems to keep getting in the way, LOL!

Had a number (25) of the first 5y from hot wheels. My mom gave all of my cars to my older sister when I was away in college who eventually sold them in a yard sale. Had the mongoose and snake in mint condition and the first couple johnny lightening ... My stomach still turns on that one.

Got this at a garage sale for like 50 cents a few months ago. Kind of a neat error

That could be worth some change. People pay for stuff like that. Put it on ebay starting bid $1000 ??

Here's a customized Maisto Ranger. Little bit of a "creative take" on my truck. I originally repainted a 4x4 lifted one from Walmart before sourcing a stock height frame online and swapping the bodies. The light bar is staying for now since there are holes in the roof to mount it.
