I've been doing some cleaning out of the house and remembered I have the collection of 8 hardbacks for the Dark Tower series by Stephen King. All of them are in basically good to excellent condition. I think these hardbacks have been out of print for over 20+ years now minus Wind Through the Keyhole which was released in 2012.

I can sort of gauge a price based on a few sparse online bidding type websites, but I am curious what a real world value may be.

My wife recently gave a set like that to our local library fundraising book sale and I think they sell Hardback books for a buck each. Hope they weren't valuable ?.

I'm not brave enough to read any book by Steven King
Deep Dark (Dare I Say Evil) Brain candy! The man once said that he was scared to go down his dark basement staircase at night. "I tend to scare myself."

Stephen King became a raging liberal douche bag somewhere between getting hit by a van and the onset of becoming a super old fart.

But I won't take this away from him, the Dark Tower is still my favorite story of all time.

Well and the book "Everyone poops".

I loved the Dark Tower series and his book The Stand. I've read many others of his over the years as well, but often get turned off by the excessive bad language he has a tendency to use. Haven't read anything by King in years, though.

I have a first edition Dune. It's worth about a million dollars...a page. A million dollars a page. I'll never sell though.
That’s too bad. I might have made an offer. Oh, well… ;)

Come on, stop it, I hope you're joking. They are all too fantastic, there is nothing to be afraid of. I re-read these books several times. I even skipped college for them. Then I looked for the one who do my homework for me and found https://ca.edubirdie.com/do-my-homework-for-me because I couldn’t cope with everything. Now I'll tell you approximately the price. The first edition of "Strelka" can cost from $500 to $1500. First editions of other books can cost between $100 and $450.
