Honestly, the best thing I did for cab noise was add sound deadener to all the doors and back wall. I still want to add it to the ceilings. Even on a lariat I still found a huge reduction in cab noise. I don't necessarily know if this is your fix, but if anything it definitely helps the feel and sound of the car.

Which door panel, if the Front Passenger Door, check the seat belt buckle. When a passenger gets out the buckle turns sideways, and it rests on the pillar and vibrates when driving without a passenger.

Found that issue within the first week of ownership, took some investigating while driving but I found the source after repositioning all the contents of the center console, glovebox and cubby and hand bumping the dash and door panels, hand bumped the pillar and there is was- The annoying rattle

I now have the wife trained to reposition it when she gets out.

It seems like it’s something unique to your truck. Make sure your side mirror cover/cap is tight and not mis-aligned and if it’s fine, I’d definitely bring the vibration issue up with these guys….

I remember someone reporting that the window regulator drive cables rattling against the door framework, recently.
Might be the source- IDK

It’s not unique to your truck, the plastic door panel vibrates against the edge of the door frame at the window frame on mine when the radio is “too loud”. Very annoying. I’ve tried spraying white grease in there and pulling on it every once in a while.?
