Purchased a 2” Tremor Level Kit from Ford Ranger Lifts for my ‘21 Tremor and recently had my local Ford dealership install it with an alignment to follow.
As far as the lift goes, I am extremely happy with it. Completely leveled out the truck and it looks great. Although at first I did miss this extra cushion the suspension would have before the spacers, but I’ve gotten used to them at this point and still find the ride very comfortable.
However when it came to the alignment there was an issue. I didn’t have the liberty of getting the full explanation from the service advisor but he spoke with his head tech saying this is the “best” they could get it and would need ‘extended bolts’ to correct the camber issue and that the camber is no more than .2° from allowance.
I wasn’t happy with this as they charged me $200 for a modified truck alignment which wasn’t even aligned at the end of it and I’m worried about the eventual wear on the tires.
Any thoughts/feedback on this issue are welcomed
