Aftermarket overtake warning indicator

Is there an aftermarket overtake warning indicator that I can install on my 2018 Ranger Widetrack 3.2? . The ones that have a flashing orange light in the wing mirror to warn you of vehicles in a blind spot alongside of you.

I found this site that has two kinds or systems available. One using dopplar radar (20 ft) and the other wide microwave (50 ft.)
