So, I had the same issue about 2 years ago with a XL front with closed in tow hooks openings. I had to obtain the tow hooks, rubber boots and the lower valance which I purchased from another person on this forum. It was pretty simple.

Finally got around to this job... the blue hooks were on sale (they were the last part I didn't have):

Easy enough, though I'm no expert on body work. I did cut the lower scoop myself. No one will ever see it.

Anyhow... let's go get stuck I guess.
