Are those oversized tires in your profile picture rubbing on the ABS wiring?

Yes I went through it for roughly a year. Different sensors and all. Turned out my rear axle was basically breaking apart and pieces were flying around inside it. You should pull the sensor and see if it looks like something is hitting it. Looks similar to it being scraped on concrete. If so, take the truck to ford and have them check the axle.

That is what I was guessing I have had to change that axle before I took big chunks out of all the splines I think there must still be some pieces floating around or that the newer axle is on its way out
Did you have power steering problems when the sensors would throw their fit

Yep I lost power steering, hill assist, ABS, cruise control, lane guidance, like damn near everything. The dash board lit up like a Christmas tree. I read the spindle the sensor reads off of is a weaker metal that can break lose and break into tons of pieces. Ford didn’t confirm what exactly broke inside but he dumped out tons of chunks of metal that they removed from the axle. Also they had to have it for a week to confirm they got all the pieces out.
