Ford wants $109 for a set of red tow hooks. Rust-Oleum is only $4.79 a can. Pretty much a no-brainer. ?

Super easy to do, 15 mm and a quick removal of the skid plate and you have full access. You don't even need to take off the back bolts as there are slots that hold up the skid plate and tow hooks, just loosen them.

That's a pretty durable paint. Takes a bit longer to dry but I think it will hold up well. Just make sure it's an enamel paint because it's more durable than water-based.

PlastiDip is great stuff, but it won't last if you use the hook. I have it on my 07, side mirrors, Bug deflector, door handles and antenna, and wheels.

How'd you get those side accents black? I have a lariat too but I'm not a huge fan of the chrome. Do they just pop off so you can spray them?
