Just curious if anyone knows what exactly Ford deleted or modified in the As-Built files? I was just curious for my 22 because I have no switch on the console
but my As Built files related to ASS are:

BCM: 726-48-01 - 0100-0001-0179
IPC: 720-01-01 - 2F0F-1464-7251

Edit: I did some digging see below
Am I missing any that I need to compare to, or are these the only ones

So, I have been blessed with it deleted from factory, but the ForScan change mods that I have found on here seem to show that it is enabled, this is what confuses me, now the IPC (Hex-Line) I'm guessing as I could not find any post to that one, but I have deduced it's the IPC indicator for ASS (Active or Inactive)
I'm wondering if Ford installed an Eliminator somewhere that does not show in the manuals yet

i was just curious on the settings due to the fact that I wanted to see if I need to plan on getting a battery tender as from what I have learned on here that the BMS closely ties itself to the ASS. Unfortunately, the service manuals do not relate to this deletion from factory and only describe the BMS and ASS functions as if they are installed and active. So, with me I like to know how things work on my new truck, I'm still playing with the features and trying them out. This happens to be one of those deleted features that I'm not clear what Ford did.

Anybody Know?

Basically, I'm digging into the Description and Operation of the BMS system since this type of charging system is new to me, I have only dealt with now old school charging systems and lead acid batteries, so I have ASS disabled how does that factor in to the BMS system, is it disabled as well and charge to 100% - IDK, I need to dig into it

Update: I did some digging and using the F-150 Spreadsheet I deduced this as most on this forum focus on disabling the BMS to achieve the outcome of disabling the ASS.
Note I inadvertently noted the wrong BCM Line (above) these are the ones I have related to ASS, as far as I know - IDK if other lines tie into it

From Factory (Delete) of ASS (As-Built Files) of my 2022 (No ASS Switch installed)

BCM- 726-48-02 - 0100-0000-0179 (BMS System) Enabled (As-Built)
xxxx - x1xx-xxxx (BMS System) Disabled
So, My BMS system stayed enabled from factory with ASS Deleted
This is where the Ranger spreadsheet leads you to change, but I have this factory enabled and I do not have (ASS) - Just wanted to point this out

IPC- 720-01-01 - 2F0F-1464-7251 (ASS Switch Disabled) (As-Built)
xxxx-3xxx-xxxx -Noted on As-Built Compare on Ranger's with ASS from factory
So, I do not have ASS switch, and this shows that it is disabled.

FCIM: 7A7-01-01 - 0076-80DC-1496 ( Vech Not Equipped with ASS-Switch) (AS-Built)
xxxx-x1xx-xxxx - Noted on As-Built Compare on Ranger's with ASS from factory

I just wanted to post my findings, for those of you who still have the ASS to compare files.
I was wondering, since the (ASS) delete postings on here direct you to changing the BCM file, thus disabling the ASS
Has anybody tried just changing the IPC and FCIM files? I don't know how it would affect things being the switch (on non-deleted) trucks is still installed.

So, my initial question is answered, I still have BMS active

No idea how to answer your question but you are lucky. Wish I could have opted to not have it and a few other items.

Don't have a definate answer to your questions. But, I would not assume that the ASS delete disables BMS. The BMS only controls weather ASS is active or not. The BMS monitors the batteries State of Charge and will contol the aternaters charging
voltage. There is so much always on systems in these new vehicles that lack of use or short trips do not keep the battery up so the BMS will shut down some things to keep the battery at a minimum SoC. The new AGM batteries do not like being constantly charged at max. voltage when they are at full charge. That is why the BMS reduces the voltage to the battery as it approaches full charge. You can go into FORSCAN and set the target SoC to something higher than the factory 70%.
