2025-26 ranger/forescan

Been looking at new trucks. With the prices of the used ones. I am leaning at another ranger, plain jane 4x4 this time.
2025 or 2026 if I have to order one.

I know the 5gs, you could have a 4x4 and use fore scan to download the terrain management system and just buy the dial.

Anyone know if that's true with the 6g?

And it is 2026, do the xlts have heated mirrors? That is a major sticking point for me.
I searched and can't find an answer

Have you tried the 6G Ranger forum? They might have the answer over there.

I've been checking in on the 6G site on occasion. It's pretty decent so fat.

I don't know about adding Terrain Management, and the 2026 Ranger dealer order guide isn't out yet- they're usually the last guides published. However, for 2025, mirrors with heat were standard and only available on the Lariat.

The 2025 Dealer order guide doesn’t list heated mirrors as an option for the XLT. It’s standard on the Lariat. No order guide posted for the 2026 yet.
