Could there be a covert program of weather modification in progress? Weather modification has been a military wet dream for years. Advanced, large scale weather modification would have built-in plausible deniability with about 80% of the population. (as we will probably soon see from the responses to this message...) But there are large scale commercial projects that "... changed the whole eco system of a country ..."
See the following link: https://www.weathertec-services.com/case.html

Last year there were uncharacteristic torrential rains for weeks in the Midwest. Potato harvest suffered greatly, and potatoes this year are terrible. This year, a drought.

Maybe things just happen, but what if they are engineered?
could be... I would not search around too much on the topic.

try reading on some of the older tech. check out US patent 4,686,605 from back in 1987. Eastlund EAB and raytheon did some things with it. Apparently it is obsolete now...

several years back i remember reports about the Miss. needing to be dredged and cleaned up to keep it traffic safe as well as large stretches of the ICW. i havent been on the loop in a long while but some spots where only around 3 to 4 feet deep years ago. i doubt its improved. pretty sure that report on water way infrastructure went ignored or got buried under some political shenanigans lol.

Crazy isn't it, over here on the driest inhabited continent, the whole eastern half of the country is in flood crisis with a third summer La Nina in a row.

We were camped in that very camp ground in Echuca back in July when we did our Murry river paddle steamer trip.

This one ( South East Queensland) is unfolding as I look out the window whilst typing this.
