Plan on getting 17x9 wheel with a 19 offset. Tires I’m looking to mount are 285/70 17 either cooper discoverer AT3 - bfgoodrich at ko2 - Bridgestone dueler at3 (dunno yet) will also have a 3.5 inch spacer kit.
Will I have to remove crash bars?
Please thanks and you guys/gals rock!!!!

With that offset yes you will need to remove the crash bars. I have seen people on here use a 1/4 inch spacer on factory wheels and be ok. One other option is to go with OZ Racing. They have a set of wheels that will fit and should make it where we dont need to so any work on the crash bars.

If they are only using a quarter inch spacer on stock wheels and I am lowering my offset by 36mm Which is 1.4 inches why would I still have to remove the crash bar?

The outside of the tire will still hit the crash bars. Watch the video from Stage 3.

yes you will rub at full lock either direction. You can remove them, or buy the smaller intrusion beams from BDS and you'd be golden with that tire and wheel combo.
