My 4600s came in today. Too cold to change them out, might have to wait a week or 2.
the rears can be done really quickly in a garage with the truck on the ground. It will make a pretty big difference even with the stock fronts

Ok ..replaced the shocks today. Not too hard, but compressing them into the lower mount is entirely too difficult. Passenger side isn't as bad because you can use the axle tube as a lever rest for your forearms, but the drivers side is just brute strength.

Oh, and both of my bump stops are blown out...is that common?

Also installed my throttle override module.

Next is a test drive.

Test drive successful...no more seasickness on bumpy roads. How much more difference if I do the fronts?

And the throttle thing makes a difference, but not really sure if it's worth it. Might need to give that one a lot more driving to determine if it's a keeper.

On mine the fronts made a Huge difference. The front end doesn't want to dip and dive like it did on the old worn out shocks and struts.

Your bump stops are likely not blown out. They look like that from the factory.

The rears made a huge difference in the ride quality. Fronts made the ride a little better and the cornering more stable. 2 different gains.

The fronts will be an improvement, but not as dramatic as the rear.
