I read that replacing the stock shocks will help the ride. Bilstein 4600.

I was changing oil today (first time on this truck) and see that the front shocks say FX Pro on them.

Is that stock? Haven't looked at the rears yet.

Ok, wasn't sure if the previous owner changed them.

Thanks

No, there is no valvin difference in the Ranger version of the Bilsteins other than leveling with the 5100's. They're valved the same.

Save the money and use the 4600's, UNLESS you're lifted (or planning to), then 5100.

Eibach Pro2. That's what I put on my Tremor.

I went with Eibachs Pro-Truck. Improved handling on the twisty mountain road that I run twice a week and handling over fire roads and pot holes is vastly improved. They are reasonably priced and come with the Eibach Limited Million-Mile Warranty. You may find Bisteins rough on dirt roads. This is a great article that should help guide you. https://www.shocksurplus.com/blogs/news/leveling-strut-comparison-bilstein-vs-eibach-vs-fox
Yeah I went with Eibachs. Could not be happier.

Tremors are different, aren't they?
Tremors come with Fox shocks, which are a very nice shock.

The downside to Fox shocks is that they need to be rebuilt periodically, like every 30-50k miles depending on use.

At a cost of around $100 per shock for the rebuild, it's something to factor in.

The rears are not a problem to pull but pulling the fronts brings the SUCK.
