My driver side heat air flow is very low, compared to the passenger side. Is this normal? The dealer charged me 200 dollars and said they could not reproduce the problem. I just wanted to know if that was normal for the Ranger.

No, when you go from hot to cold do you hear it clicking ? May be the blend door ?, but pray ? that it isn't...

It could very well be the dreaded blend door issue - most dealers should be aware of this by now and that diagnostic fee you just handed them should be on Ford unless you’re already out of warranty - if you’re not, you should go read up on the issue by searching in this forum. Searching “blend door” or “climate control” will likely yield some results.

Best of luck. ?

Yes, I have noticed that when floor heat/cool is on, there is just a very small amount of moving air, almost undetectable. Its always been this way since I got it new in 2020

I agree. It gets warm but I don’t feel a lot of air movement in the footwell but it seems to warm the cabin just fine.
