2020 Ford Ranger Tailgate emblem replacement

I am in the middle of a doing a custom paint on the Ford logo. I removed the logo from the camera mount and have finished the painting, but when I tried replacing the emblem it will not hold. The clips that hold the emblem in place are loose and I have tried about everything I can think of to adjust the clips to work.

Has anyone else had a similar issue?
Does any one know where I can buy new clips to mount the emblem?

Found out what my issue was, the clips do not just sit on the top of the post they have to be pushed down until they stop at a lip.
