Progress is going to be on hold for a couple weeks. I can't afford to heat my hangar in these temps!

Don't blame you for putting that on hold for a while. Stay warm!

I procrastinated that job waaay longer than I should have. I really worked it up to be something huge in my head. It was pretty easy in all actuality. I still have to test it, but voila I have a pneumatic transfer case.

Well it took a few more iterations than that for the pneumatic transfer case to work. Between degrees of freedom and clearance from the body I had to do another iteration on each. But we're done now and in business!

Transfer case has been re-installed. While it was out I did a parking brake upgrade. The disco parking brake is actually on the rear output of the transfer case and is a drum brake. I found a disc brake conversion for this which is great to not deal with a drum brake I've lost most of the parts for. Now the quality of the kit kind-of sucked. I had to do a fair bit of clearancing.

Transfer case is 'back' in after getting the transmission cables hooked up. I can now row through all my gears 🥂. Yay Bronco transmission!

Tom Woods drive shafts are installed.

Next step is bleeding the hydraulic clutch, and installing the 'clutch depressed switch' underneath the clutch pedal. Then I'll install all my trail armor, for a couple reasons. A) to clean up the shop a bit B) so I know how to route lines etc around the armor. Then onto engine air/water/exhaust!
