Honestly save yourself the headaches (and money) and get a good set of adjustable shocks. I went the (RC) leveling kit route on my '19 Ranger only to tear it all apart and put on Eibachs. They're more up front cost but you'll get a way better ride and adjustability with them.

I got 1.5" spacers from Truxxx.com. Very stout laser-cut powder-coated steel, cost is reasonable. They have 2.5" also but I have garage clearance issues.

I went with Eibachs and they are better than I expected. I chose to only go up 3/4" but there are 4 settings. Improved handling on the twisty mountain road that I run twice a week and handling over fire roads and pot holes is vastly improved. They are reasonably priced and come with the Eibach Limited Million-Mile Warranty. This is a great article that should help guide you. https://www.shocksurplus.com/blogs/news/leveling-strut-comparison-bilstein-vs-eibach-vs-fox

This is what I got. https://www.shocksurplus.com/produc...ocks-set-for-2019-2023-ford-ranger-w-0-3-lift
