I ended up with a cheap one. I bought an Ausranvik from amazon a few years ago. It gets used almost weekly whether for travel softball with my daughter or just expanding fridge space in the kitchen. It only cost around $300 and have never had an issue with it. Figure I could buy 3 of them for the price of a dometic or ARB.
For power I bought an ecoflow when they did their crowd funding. The combo has worked great and as mentioned above I run it off the power in the bed so it charges when the truck runs and then runs the fridge when the truck is off.

The other fridge I was looking at the other day was from Euhomy and they offer a battery that plugs into it. Thought that would be a cool idea for using the fridge while away from the truck.

Enjoy it, I agree it is one of the best camping and travel purchases I have made.

How do you find it for size? I’ve got a Yeti Tundra 105 and prefer to go to a fridge/freezer. Although you have to deduct for the space ice requires, this is still quite a bit smaller. I want something that fits under my tonneau cover. I like the RV45D. I like the 60 better, but it is 1” too tall.
I would want something that could hold food for three for a weekend, or food for two for a week. Not worried about drinks.

Glad I stumbled upon this thread. Lots of good info.
I had a hard time with this too. I went everywhere around here and no one has these anywhere. I can put mine in my bed and take some pictures and you can see how much room there is from the top of the fridge to the top of the cover if that'll help? The RV45 holds a lot but it sounds like the RV60 would be best for what you're looking for. Also I can take better pictures of the inside with a tape measure if that helps too?

Also when you're ready to buy I would call Setpower directly and ask for LU. Tell him you I referred you and see what he can do for you for a price. They usually work out a deal even if there's no sales going on. He will remember me if you tell him I'm the guy waiting for his Bronco because we had a long conversation about it.

Maybe I’ll call him and see how much wiggle room there is in the listed specs for the 60. I’ll also take a trial run in a cooler I have about that size. I think the trick is going to be packing stuff in plastic zip-lock bags or containers that optimize space. The cooler is so big, I just throw things in however they are packaged.

If you have time for a photoshoot, that would be awesome. And thanks for the name. I’ll reach out to them Monday.

Here's a few pictures with dimensions of the inside. I'll take a few in the bed of the truck after dinner. There are 2 white wire baskets that come with it but I took them out as it gives you more room.

Depending on where your crossbar lands it'll be tight. My crossbars is directly over the cooler and there's only about 5/8" from the top of the cooler to the bar. There's plenty of room if the bar isn't there so you'll have to measure where yours lands.

Thanks! Pretty snug. It is good to use all the vertical height, as you really don’t want to put anything under or on top of it. That about settles that. I have the Bak Revolver X4S. Clearance from the top of the ribs on the floor of the bed to the underside of the tonneau is 20.5”. I am building a sliding tray, so I will lose 3/8” of height.

Funny, I was just looking at 12 volt fridges. I'm wondering what the best way to power it is? I can't imagine the truck battery would last long powering it over night.
You'd be surprised how long some will run on your vehicle battery. Check out this quick video about the one I have.

Thanks you just cost me $3k (Bluetti 200AP and 4 BougeRV panels). ?
Yup, this was an expensive thread. Only cost me $1,200CAD. Going with one of the Setpower dual zone, and just purchased the Bluetti SP200 solar to add to my Bluetti AC50S that I purchased a few months ago.

Dan take a look at the Bluetti PV200 panels first. They're the newer panels and they don't lose a lot of production from shading like the SP line does. They're wired in parallel where the SP's are wired in series. They're the same price (here in the states) and a much better panel. I'll see if I can find the video on them. Good choice on the fridge!

The fact that BougeRV ships panels for free is really good. I paid freight and had to pick up my Mission Solar panels. If they had a 310-360 watt panel I would have bought that too to add to my system.

Here's the video on the new PV200 panels.

Haha, just watched that very video.
I found the SP200 for $475 CAD. The VP200 is $569CAD. And it is physically larger and will not store vertically under the tonneau.

That is super expensive for 200 watts. The panels I bought were $212 and 180 watts each. If you need a folder you need it, but it loses out everywhere else.

That's to bad I didn't realize they were larger. Just be aware of shading when you're using them because when they're wired in series it reduces the input a lot more than if they're wired in parallel.
