I bought some 'gas pedal' module which I forget what it was, but I tried it, and returned it. I like the truck as-is. I thought about a tune, and then said, nah.
Truth be told, the manual sucks. I'd rather have it than not, but I've searched for info in there and I basically had to read it front to back because there were no supporting key works listed in the index, glossary, etc. I know it's not just me, too, because others have complained about how...
Isn't there still the original pipe epoxied into the hitch?
Anyway... seriously there is a rattle free pin. No need for all the shims, etc. Works great.
Here's an example, but there are other, cheaper versions. Not as cheap as shims, but, yeah...
I'd start with a heat gun, or a portable heater and let the metal get really warn, but not hot enough to start melting plastic. Add that with a big dose of alcohol or solvent (see link above), and then maybe do the 'tie er to a tree' and slowly put pressure on it in 4w low. Don't apply alcohol...
What a jerk. You can get locking rattle-free hitch pins, I have one for my truck, works great. That's a CF for sure.

I used Eibach pro truck 2.0 on the rear, only because Bilstein were out of stock at the time. Price was about the same. The fronts still seem a bit soft, but I'm satisfied with just rears.
I haven't listened to AM for40+ years, but I sorta feel as long as AM stations exist then they should support it. I can't imagine it costs more than a buck to keep it.
Can't speak for the power ports since I've never used them, but I've had my USB ports died and I had to power off the truck and walk away (keyless ignition) so the system shuts down. Then next time I start they work. Annoying, but yeah...
Aside from the speed, how does it feel to sit in the seats? I had an old toyota, but never sat in the new tacos, but only read how uncomfortable they were.
QC folks generally speaking, from my experience, are not at engineering levels. That doesn't mean they aren't skilled, and suggesting they are unskilled is rather short sighted.
For reference, I worked in an engineering lab building 'electronic stuff' for the navy in the 80's. I moved on (got...
Have a look at this, you don't need to get into the headliner to get to the brake light wire. https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/threads/chmsl-3rd-brake-light-strobe-module.13282/
