Late to the party but that's quite a lot of money for a less robust camper shell you can't mount anything to and provides the same security as a soft tonneau cover... It is a good idea, but I cannot justify the cost compared to a fiberglass shell

Not quite today, but this past Friday. Installed Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform on a Rhino Rack backbone for my topper. Rhino Rack Batwing Awning and rooftop storage box as well. Was an expensive but very fun weekend.

Two updates in one month! As a spur of the moment thing, I finally got the Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform installed on my topper. Managed to track down a great deal on a gently used Batwing awning + roof storage box. Took all of this on it's maiden voyage over the weekend doing some winter camping...

Sometimes I wish I had gone with a scab over the crew cab, just for the longer bed to sleep in. I somewhat frequently need to take rear seat passengers and I personally prefer the crew cab proportions, so no buyer's remorse. The only wrong purchase is buying something other than a Ranger ;)
