Does the truck show any weird behaviors during braking?
Pads i could see even if premature, but no way the calipers are bad if you can't feel any weirdness other rhan softness.
Did they give you a reason why the calipers need replaced?
I've yet to see any kits, so you may need to source lines meant for other applications.
Surely find some of near identical length. Can't help you any more unless you can find a shop willing to cut you some lines.

Found this site, but...
Well I still have the junk 2pc oem shaft and can wiggle it freely all around the bearing.
When I did this, I took note of excessive movement of the transmission/tailshaft.
Take that as you will, no idea what else could be clunking other than sticking calipers or a something with the leaf...
Theyre mounted on top to the frame, the rust is probably from the bolt moisture causes it rust then runs down.. Its nothing to be worried about.
Bump stops keep the axle/leaf springs from bottoming out which would mean they would collide with the frame.
Did you make sure the blue boots were seated and sealed after install? They tend to get bumped off the little notch they're supposed to reside in.
Pull down, you'll feel a soft click as they reseat. Dunno if it helps prolong their life but why not right?
Did you need any additional hardware? Any rear lift?
These seem to be a cheaper alternative than the icons which never seem to be in stock when I have the means to blow money...
I had a set of... wait for it... "Linglong Crosswind ATs" on my dodge dakota. Made in Taiwan, but balanced well and were cheap. $800 after installation and fee's.
Loud as all hell though.
Before people go "But Muricah!", they were made for US specs so simmer down.
But yes, the 4600's...
Not really. Soon as I hit 40mph some idiot going 5-10 under is right there. Running 4-5krpms waiting for an idiot to figure out what a gas pedal is isn't as fun.
I bet bigger tires would help smooth the ride.
Personally, I can't justify dropping 1k on tires when I only have 10k on the crappy duelers.
or Crapplers as I call them...
Not to burst your bubble, but the ride difference won't be drastically different.
My 4600's definitely helped my ride, but a "night a day" difference? Not really. The crap leaf springs are still a major factor.
edit: Don't get me wrong, they're definitely worth the money.
I'd grind that blob down, shoot some rust reformer then add 3 coats of Herculiner.
(Herculiner takes a few days to cure heads up)
As mentioned, American companies are a joke these days. My $200 engine cover from jrc offroad came full of scuffs and chipped off powder coat.
