The stock FX4 tires I kept them At 37psi My new 285/70-17 Milestar patagonia MT’s run great at 20psi Every tire has a sweet spot depending on application.

Not all dyno’s are the same. My 620whp 1JZGTE Toyota soarer varies 40-50hp on different dynos.

Rangers make advertised 270 @ crank with premium fuel. Dyno proves this. If you don’t believe it then I don’t know what to tell you ?

What’s your point? my focus RS makes 350hp stock at the crank with the 2.3.. the EB mustang makes 320hp with premium fuel. Not all the 2.3’s are are not the same!

They obviously aren’t getting feedback from buyers instead they just assume what looks good.

No way a stock Ranger with premium gas is making 300whp. Not gonna happen. That’s 350-370 crank HP…

The non FX4 US models have the standard 4x4 decal too. I’m not a fan of the FX4 decal either.

It is a great motor but I don’t think ford or GM will add a drivetrain to a midsize truck that will outperform a full size premium model. Ford would shoot themselves in the foot doing that with the Ranger when they already have a hard enough time selling F-150 raptors. I amm happy to see midsize...

It’s all speculation but whatever GM does, it’s going to be a rip off of what ford already did like Aluminum bodies, turbocharged engines and specific off road packages. The Colorado interiors were junk even in the premium models.

Ford should ditch the FX4 and go with WildTrak instead in the US. We tend to get the short end of the stick on vehicles.
