285/70’s just look right on these trucks. I’m on Fox 2.0 kit with the front coils backed off to give me around 1.75” lift up front. Duratrac’s are my go to tire, they are awesome in the winter and handle fire roads and highway just as well
Honestly, With the aftermarket choices cheaper and some Better then the factory lamps You will more then fine in an XLT, Leather seats are a no go for me, my damn dogs would have them turn to shit in no time, Why have leather seats if you are gonna cover them up is my thought process on that, I...
XLT with a 301A package. Has everything I need. I don not like a whole bunch of the electronics so the lower grade package was perfect for me. No regrets. I got some Auxito bulbs off amazon, headlight problem fixed. I do have push button start which is nice in the winter.
285’s… I was on the fence too but glad i went 285’s. Looks like a little tonka truck. Handles great on and off road, didnt really notice the larger size engine wise minus the speedo being off.
While I cant speak to the ranger UCA’s, I had the Complete kit on my old Tundra, it was pretty nice stuff and handled every hunt camp and backroad I could throw at it. They are an Aussie based company and the Ranger is very popular over there so Id imagine they will bring products here for the...
I got the same suspension set up as you, backed it off a few turns so not quite 2” up front, I squeezed 285/70-17’s in there on a 17x8.5 +25 offset wheel. It looks even better in person. Im actually moving back to WNY after being gone for 20+ yrs….maybe I’ll see you around
And you will be glad you had paid the extra for cab when your blowing snow…my neighbor has an X5 series not sure which one but the cab while blowing is a must he said.
I would go for the X seriers John Deere over the Cub. The X series you are supposed to get from an equipment dealer so the assembly process is better then the average teenager at home depot or lowes where you can get the cub.
Remove the sway bar from the truck. Once you get it all in, lower the truck and the bar will easily line up to the truck again. Thats the way i did it after I popped a link out of socket on the driver side.
I really enjoy my Bold Performance exhaust. Have had it on for a little over 5 months and avout 6500 miles on it. It gets even deeper with time. Its awesome.
i got these bad boys waiting to go on, well UPS delivered 3 today haha. 285/70/17 D rated, wanted P rated tires but decided to pull the trigger, F it. Did the Sasquatch Modification to the ranger today, she is ready when number 4 gets here.
