Getting a good deal due to market conditions is commendable. But I'm referring more to quality and reliability issues during the manufacturing process. Is "pre-COVID" vs. "post-COVID" going to be similar to what day of the week your vehicle was assembled?

I saw in another thread, a member was happy that he had a "pre-COVID" Ranger. Is this something that owners of newer 5G Rangers are concerned with? Are we going to see a rash of missing drive shaft bolts and other un-imaginable problems?

None of that was mentioned in your original post. However, my advice would be the same.

If it were me, I wouldn't go back to the dealer for a hitch and TBC. If it didn't come installed from the factory I'm reluctant to trust a local dealer to take care of it. Find a good, reputable hitch place near you. It will be a lot cheaper too! I can't really speak to the specific towing...

Sounds like you have it pretty well figured out. I have had mine for just over six weeks and like everything about it. The keyless entry pad isn’t color coded but I like the feature a lot. I think the seats are pretty nice, but they get very hot (Ebony interior), so I have ordered Ruff Tuff...
