Two things are at issue here.
1. Raised crankcase oil level causes air infiltration in the oil the end result poor lubrication to bearings and loss of horsepower resulting in lower mpg.
2. Reduced viscosity making oil out of spec per Fords requirement.

I have 8659 miles on my 2019 lariat 2 wheel drive. My first oil change was at 2000 miles because I wanted to switch to mobil 1 full synthetic annual as it has a lower noack number to reduce deposits on the intake valve. I regularly change oil in my vehicles around 3000 miles my driving range...
Not true I suggest you try a simple experiment put an ounce of gas in a open container do the same with oil in a separate container and let them sit. Do this in a temperature controlled room. I know you will say the gas evaporated but it wasnt mixed with oil. Let us know what you find out.
The heart of the problem is raw gas in the oil, raised crankcase level where aeration of oil/gas will cause damage to the engine. The cause has yet to be determined.
The amount of gas in the oil lowers the viscosity making it out of spec per Fords 5 - 30 range, it increases the level in the crankcase to where the crank will aerate the oil which will damage engine components because of lack of lubrication because of the introduction of air. Count your...
Check out the " fuel in oil " thread there are some unfortunate owners that have a significant amount of gas in the crankcase that it raises the level into the damage too the engine area.

You have me beat 13.5:1 just spent 80 bucks for 5 gallons of 110 so I could take one of my grandsons for a ride. What's in your racecar?
Mines a 400 ci buick in a 82 regal.
