For the record: I contacted Wolfbox by email about buying an extra rear camera for my cargo carrier. They responded the next day and shipped one to me for free. I responded that I wanted to pay for it, but they said no, they were sending it anyway.
I'm a happy Wolfbox customer.
The forward camera on my G900 is fixed, so I was exploring the idea of simply extending it forward, closer to the windshield. I'm hesitant to pop mine open though, potentially destroying it, just to see if it's doable. If I find a used one for half price I'll probably go for it.
Just remember that the forward camera on the Wolfbox will be partially blocked on the right side by the inside cover of the OEM forward camera/rain sensor cover:

If you're interested, check out this guy's low-flow comparison. He follows a standard low-flow toilet test by flushing a hand full of sausages and wads of toilet paper down the commode. Start the video at 24:00 to see the 'action'.
Ha ha, no worries. I bought the same one and checked the output. When it was sitting in the windshield it was charging the batt anywhere from .35 to .55amps. throughout the day. When I aimed it perpendicular to the sun it consistently produced 1.68amps: a +3x increase. After seeing that I...
Off roading? Looks like a stick or a rock got thrown up into the engine bay and passed between the fan and radiator. If the fan is tight, it didn't move. It's gotta be something that was loose in the engine bay. Any missing components? Did you maybe leave a wrench or screwdriver under to hood...
They're fast and quiet. I got the EVC88P with digital auto shut-off. They only come with battery clips because of the higher amp draw. It's got a 16ft air hose and 10ft power cord. Love it!
Here's how my trans fluid looked after only 34k lightly driven miles and there was a lot of fine sediment in in the filter and free-floating in the fluid. I'm going to change it again and ad Lube Guard before my trip to Wyoming this summer. I'm out of warranty, and considering the known problems...
I just replaced my 16" aluminum spare with a matching oem 17" wheel. I drive to Colorado and down to L.A. once a year, and occasionally tow a small flatbed trailer. I don't like complications or delays when I'm traveling cross country so, if I have a tire problem, I can be back up and running at...
That deep tranny pan does a good job of keeping the trans fluid on the cool side. Before I installed the stock depth PPE I could get up to 200° after ½hr of 3k rpm in 3rd gear. Now it takes the same amount of time just to get to get 180°. On a hot day towing it's no problem, but it'll never hit...
A quick estimate: about 21 4x8 sheets of ½" (?) @ about 60#s each comes to, approximately, 1200#s. I don't think Preuses (Prii?) are rated for half-ton loads.
Mismanagement of funds is the hallmark of both state and frderal U.S. Government agencies.
In 2022 Cali paid over $83 Billion more than it received back from the feds. Its been that way for years. California receives less in federal funds than 40 of the 50 states.
I agree. I also think there needs to be new building codes enacted that require fireproof & fire resistant construction. Steel roofs, fine wire mesh behind all attic vents, cement board exterior sheeting under all forms of siding. Expensive yes: pay me now or pay me later.
My wife's Aunt & Uncle live on the West side of the 210, about 1k feet from the fire line in Pasadena. They were evacuated on the 8th, but returned home the next day. They've got a bug-out camper, so they're set for up to 2wks on the road. They're worried, and rightly so. The fire hasn't jumped...
The stock 17" Magnetic finish sport trim wheel I ordered off ebay was delivered yesterday. I'm having a new tire mounted tomorrow so now I'll have a matching, full size spare.
Anyone want a 16" cast spare wheel with a 255/70-16 Hankook Dynapro with approx 20miles on it? ?
