I have the Putco one for use with the collision avoidance (ACC). It fits around the black box, so it won’t interfere with it. I’m pretty sure they are made the same way, just a different company.

That's what it sounds like. Kinda like disconnecting the coil wire and cranking it over....much slower RPM's too.

Just an FYI, I'm doing all of this with aerosol cans. I'm using a primer-sealer, so I eliminate any chances of bleed through from the factory paint....I doubt that will be an issue since I'll only be scuffing the clearcoat, but better safe than sorry. And paint sticks better to primer than...

I've never heard of anything like that. If you do take it to the dealer, they'll probably want to keep it for 2 or 3 days, if that's how long it takes for it to happen. The little catch that you adjust it with could be failing to engage... ?‍♂️

Got my Tremor flares in yesterday. Got the primer, paint and clearcoat ordered today. I'll be color matching them to my truck (Lightning Blue). The pic is only showing how I'll have them positioned when I paint them. Scuff, prime, paint and clear, then "bake" them for a day. I've never been...

Yes, they are magnetic gray, but I'm color-matching them Lightning Blue.

Got my Tremor flares today !!! They come with the clips installed, so I won't have to worry about breaking the factory ones. Ordered primer, paint and clear and it should be here in a week. So, I should have them installed before 20 Oct.....pending any issues. Also have dark tinted LED side...
