My 89 Ranger was definitely a sleeper with the 2.9L V-6, 5 speed and 2WD. Beat Camaros, TA's, S-10's with the 4.3, and many others.... BUT, did get my butt handed to me one night out cruising University Ave in W'loo/Cedar Falls IA....it was a Olds Calais with the Quad 4 engine....and he smoked...
Here is the wax and grease remover I used…it’s soy based and it doesn't smell like a solvent...not sure if it has VOC's or not, but it didn't smell like it.
Thank You !!
The degreaser is made by Duplicolor and I was also concerned about it leaving a film/residue, but it worked like it said it would. I made sure to wipe it off and not to let it dry, which I think, would leave a film behind.
I just pushed it in and down enough to get to the light plug. I did remove 2 of the front inner fender well "screws" to get a little extra play in it. The first side was a little trying, but the 2nd one only took 10-15 minutes.
I did the rears first, removed the 2 "bolts" at the front and...
I FINALLY got these Tremor flares and LED tinted side marker lights installed today. Took about 2 hrs and didn’t have to remove the front wheels like the instructions showed. I’ll post more/better pics in a day or 2.

First, a caveat---This is how I do it....I've been doing it this way for 7-8 years with very good results. And the best part is I use rattle-cans that anyone can buy. I've had people comment that it looks just as good as the factory paint, even my uncle, and he's a real stickler for detail and...
I've wanted to lower my truck, but with it being my only vehicle, I decided against it due to it limiting it's flexibility.
I've wondered if a person could get rear leaf springs with a 3" lift and use a flip kit to mount them, resulting in a 3" lowering of the rear and maybe lower the front...
Merhaba Kerem !! I was stationed in Ankara Turkey back in 1990-91. Loved those doner kebabs and a loaf of ekmek !! About 98% of the people on here have the US version, so most of us are of little help. Some of the EU or AUS folks may give you some information, but it may take some time.
