Since we don't have paddle shifters I would've actually liked a column shifter to free up some center console space. And on that note to free up more center console space I actually wouldn't mind a pedal e-brake. Though I love handbrakes...so maybe never mind lol. But honestly its not missing...
Maybe just a bypass, but anyone know a way to trick the system into thinking a door is open? I notice the fake engine noise goes away with the door open, trust I'm an idiot and tried to drive with my door slightly open, the rattling door irritated me more than the droning subwoofers. I'm okay...
I feel you on that. I sort of know what I wanna do, just gotta do it one slow step at a time. 2020 got me :curse: up and I'm sure a lot of others as well
@Frenchy yeah I was just reading up on this. Seems like unleashed, livernois, or ford performance tune would be the more "logical choice" but none without their cons. 5star tuning had elevation option on their website last I checked, idk maybe I'm seeing things lol.
So basically just get the stage 1 Roush CAI without Roush Tune *noted*
Was planning on getting the 5star tune after the bolt ons either way but thanks @Fish
They fit...after a lot of trial and error and trying to get specific volume. I've made like 4 boxes until it actually fit. My goal was to have 2 of them where the scissor jack is located, but just didn't seem possible, now I have 1 there and I'll probably make the second one into a backseat...
TVD Vinyl Decals. They dont list it in their options but you can leave a request when you make an order. It's not listed because application is a bit harder due to the material being more fragile if memory serves me right.
It doesn't look horrific but I think my 4 year old dog could draw something up a bit better. The tacoma isn't a bad looking truck if Toyota just gave it more torque and gears instead of 3m tape and plastic weights it wouldn't be so bad.
And on top of it all just say it has a beefy processor and high resolution camera...the sync 3 itself doesn't have a very good display compared to higher resolution aftermarket. It can be a number of things.
But instead of fixing these small little details that to majority don't matter I'm...
I wouldnt spend that kind of money on reflective housing headlights. But if you have the lariat headlights (projector headlights) go for it. Price is pretty steep but after seeing a few cars with it they seem brighter than advertised or at least compared to some cheaper ones. Still haven't seen...
Really depends on what you want to do once you lift your truck. If its strictly for off-road please dont use 20" rims 18" would be the max imo but 16" would be best. If it's for looks either should be fine and the BDS would be more of a bragging rights kind of thing. The rough country from what...
I'm on the fence on this one. It isn't so ugly that I dont like it, but at the same time it barely resembles a ranger. I like the concept of the grill seeming like one bigger piece with the intercooler but I dont like that they put the f series "air vent" if that's what it's still gonna be. As...
