I had the same earphones and issue but out of nowhere if fixed itself. I would like to know if there's an actual fix for this though, just in case it happens again.
thanks guys, I'm just gonna have to keep a look out, I'm guessing Hawaii is just on the list of places the seller doesn't deliver:thumbsdown:Happens a lot. or maybe its a sign to save money:piggybank::giggle:
I would DIY it if confident, even if it doesn't turn out so great. After that get a hood deflector, should be a nice band-aid over the wound:lipssealed: nobody would know but you
I wanna keep the paint nice for as long as possible, But... once every panel has a few blemishes, it'll be time for some armor experiments:idea:. Maybe by then there will be a better option than bedlining the entire truck:fingerscrossed:
That being said i have 2 dings, both on driver's side...
I ceramic coated it and haven't noticed any discoloring on mines, but back on my other cars that didn't have ceramic, I just used some off the shelf black trim restoration kit and they work pretty good.
I had this exact issue, took the dealership about 2 months to find the source(multiple) but in the end its was a harness defect. Though it took so long I'm glad they kept me updated throughout the progress, which I can't say for all mt past dealerships.
Kinda late to the party, but I've got some questions since reading other threads on these rock sliders. Have they fixed the fitment and flexing issues others have encountered with the dimple plates added on?
I was actually debating if I was gonna use bedliner around the lower edge of the truck. Maybe bedliner would work for the doorsill too and you wouldn't have to worry about that.
 I feel like my entire truck is gonna be bedlined before it turn 4 years old ?
The best thing you could do is measure it yourself because even though we have the same truck is may differ a bit. But if you want a ball park estimate +25 or +30 would be closer to flush as 0 would stick out of your fender
I think its more for sound deadening because the engine is right behind it. If it was hard plastic it would make a rattling and echoing sound. Also maybe to cut down noise in the cab. But I'm just assuming. Now I wonder if there hard material replacement
Do these tunes affect throttle response like the pedal commander or sprint boost things? Been wanting to get one before I start doing any performance mods, but if the tunes do the same thing I could just wait.
Idk about the rangers but back when I use to play around with my Hondas all I did was swap the pins on the harness to switch DRL with the fogs, could that concept not be applied to the ranger?
