I run these on my truck in the XL size, they won't be damaged off road either they're a really flexible rubber/plastic material. If you rip one of these off, you likely smashed whatever body panel it was attached to anyway.
I had electronic adjustable Bilstein on my Durango SRT and even having manual adjustment is far better than none at all. I don't think I'd ever not have adjustability after knowing how awesome it is... The adjustment range is very broad. It's also really nice if I tow a trailer for instance my...
I choose the Fox DSC over the King they're better is every metric, better shaft material, seals, dual speed compression vs single... https://accutuneoffroad.com/fox-vs-king-oem-coilovers/
If you can send an email you can flash your truck and any tech should have no issues. I flashed mine and the dealer had zero issue with me doing it and will warranty it as its a Ford item.
The APG deaver's use OEM Raptor bumpstops which are about 2" shorter than the OEM and much more compliant. I already have the Raptor bumps on my truck.
I have Fox 2.5 DSC and will absolutely be swapping the rear springs, they flat out suck at anything besides load carrying capacity. Shipping on the Deaver's is outrageous $380+1250. I'll be doing the Icon 6 leaf progressive pack as soon as they are in stock for shipment.
I'll likely pick one up sometime since I volunteered to test and missed it by a few min lol... I feel the $449 price point is more reasonable, the other options are absurd at $600.
Every factory vehicle will have a paint flaw, clay bar one and you'll find them... Every single vehicle I've had I found more than one flaw in it. I'd highly suggest you leave it alone the "solution" will likely be far worse than what you currently have as a flaw.
I can't speak on the Fox 2.5 DSC out of the box, mine were custom tuned by Accutune and they are indeed in the softest setting far softer riding than the stiff bouncy FX4 suspension.
You've got to remember you started 2" higher, with 600lbs you're at stock. Put 600lbs in the bed with the stiffer OE springs and guess what you below stock ride height. This is a nice kit, that isn't a "buy this and wish I had that" and have to sell, like the Deaver's which is something I...
I'm not sure, it was one of the downsides to it when I was choosing. However upon making the corrections and playing with it I found that it could not only correct for 33.6" but even larger.
Fun fact, in the tire options you can correct for whatever tire you're running. You input it in revs per mile and it will correct, it corrected for my 33.6" tires. I played with it and could correct for even larger than what I'm running.
