I had the dealer look at mine and they said it seems to be working and there was no TSB or recall, so they said I had to live with it. Not the best answer, but given we have warranty, I'm not too worried about it. Let us know what the dealer tells you.

Exactly why it's likely not normal and should be looked at by Ford. Mine does it everyday and is most noticeably with the first start of the day.
