Over 5 weeks currently. They are and have always been very slow. Accept that going in and you'll have a good experience. They are a higher quality shop.
I have some down the side of it. I thought they were door dings but I think its just little rocks smacking the side. I just bought some Rockbloks for it. Hopefully that will help.
The issue is the foam. The foam under the leather is what gives the leather is longevity. As soon as the foam breaks down, so goes the leather. They probably compromised on the soft side, which lets the the leather wrinkle, vs a bit harder which keeps it snug. Of course some people would...
