I can't remember the exact number but I believe it's something like every 2 to 3 lb in rotating weight is a horsepower. I think it's something like every 6 or 7 lb weight is a horsepower.

Oh yeah it makes sense I just never seen a car tor ruck tire with a max PSI that low. I was pretty surprised to find out this morning that the new tires on my tremor Ranger are only 39 Max. I would expect them to be a bit higher with a C rating.

That's what I'm thinking, had some oiled filter mostly K&N didn't like them, and will not buy another one. Went dry on every upgraded intake I've had in about the last 8 years.
